How first aid training strengthens workplace safety

Workplace safety standards are evolving rapidly, but incidents can still happen anywhere, at any time. Certified first aiders drastically reduce the severity of injuries and the time taken for critical response. Here’s how Highfield-accredited first aid training benefits your organisation:

  • Trained first aiders can stabilise injured workers before emergency services arrive, minimising long-term injury risks.
  • Meets national occupational safety regulations and contractor audit requirements for certified workplace first aiders.
  • Employees feel safer knowing their colleagues are trained to handle emergencies calmly and correctly.
  • Immediate intervention shortens recovery time and prevents minor injuries from becoming major incidents.
  • Builds a proactive safety culture: encourages accountability and awareness among teams, especially in remote or high-risk work zones.
Certification
Successful participants receive Highfield-accredited first aid certificates, valid internationally and recognised across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. These certifications comply with national health and workplace safety requirements.

How you'll train
